Firstly, we somehow booked a room in the cheap building which has three floors and no elevator, don't make this mistake, book the ''superior room'' as we paid for the upgrade on all three of our rooms. the ''superior'' room was in the main building, we were put on the 5th floor and a room on the 3rd floor, the receptionist could NOT have been more helpful, she was an absolute star and I thank you for your help. The rooms were very spacious and very clean, our room cleaner was an absolute star, with our grandson aged 22 months visiting our room everyday it was kept spotless. such a wonderful lady. breakfast was quite busy, but still decent enough, not worth the extra, better off going down the beachfront cafes. The hotel is used by a certain group of bachelors that have a steady flow of ''ladies'' touting for business on the hotels ''driveway / approach road'', this I will say, as distasteful as it may seem to some, the bachelors adhered to the hotels strict rules and regulations regarding ''visitors'' and no noise no issues and no problems whilst we were there for 5 nights.

Read some of the (very mixed) reviews and figured those are the better rooms and only cost a couple pounds more so definitely worth it! I don't understand some of the bad reviews I read about this hotel when I was booking it, they must be based on rooms in other parts of the hotel complex? Our double bed was the biggest I've ever seen and very comfortable. Didn't hear a peep it was so quiet. Airport shuttle service both ways was seamless. We had a couple requests regarding the room which were all fulfilled by helpful staff. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool, was great sitting and chilling there after a long day of traveling. 7/11, shopping, massage and food next to the hotel as well which was very handy. Wish we could have stayed there longer as it was only a very short stay but we will 110% choose and recommend this hotel again when we need a airport hotel in BKK next time!

I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and polite, and check in was fast and easy.. The hotel was a bit nicer than I expected given the prices. It is close enough to the airport for a quick transfer but is tucked away from the main road so relatively quiet, You can take a five minute walk to the main road where you can find 7eleven, shops and various places to eat. You can book onto the half hourly taxi van to get from BS to the airport next day and it is free like the pick up service. Despite the limited range, the buffet style breakfast was good, especially for the low asking price. As a vegetarian I was very happy to find fried tofu in vegetables and steamed rice as an option plus some fruits and salad.

proximity to airport, shuttle service, spacious connecting rooms , quiet. really quiet and properly functioning air con. comfortable beds. at end of the road leading to hotel from main road, fantastic local market, loads of fresh produce , ‘street food ‘ etc. also a 7/11 , bit further along a lotus , so if you need to eat and don’t fancy the restaurant onsite, you can get freshly cooked food and supplies. we used both . restaurant food was fine , but so was everything we got from the market. we didn’t use the pool , but it was being well used by guests.

The room was small but new. Very clean and good materials, floor bathroom and balcony. Extra points for the bed. Hard but good and the bed linen and pillows excellent. Wifi good. Air condition good. Bathroom and toilet good size and clean. The staff at the reception helpful and nice. Shuttle bus to airport every 30 minutes good! Only 10 minutes from the airport. The area was full with local shops and food stands in walking distance. Massage, hair cut etc. available close by.
